Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Shopney, Inc. and its affiliates (“Shopney”, “we”, “us”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, dashboards, preview apps, and related services (“Services”).
Roles
Controller: For personal information we collect directly (e.g., visitors, prospects, users).
Processor/Service Provider: For end-customer data processed on behalf of merchants. In those cases, please contact the merchant directly for rights requests.

- Usage data (app/page views, session duration, features)
- Device & technical info (IP, OS, browser, device IDs)
- Support & communications (tickets, chat, emails)
- Payment data processed by third parties (we do not store full card details)

We require sub-processors to meet privacy and security standards. Upon request, we provide an up-to-date list of sub-processors and enter into Data Processing Agreements with customers.

Do Not Track
We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry consensus.
Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. Where local law sets a higher minimum age, we comply with that requirement.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. If material changes occur, we will provide notice and update the “Last updated” date.
